■(1) Concept
Why use SpiderGuard? How should you use it?
We delved deeper into important concepts by examining the strengths of Spider Guard, how it is made, and how to maintain it.
Each and every aspect of how you place your foot, the direction and angle, and the position of your elbows all have meaning, and are things you will want to remember in order to master the Spider Guard.

■(2) Retention
From how to make a pocket grip to retention against the opponent's pass guard,
It is made up of carefully selected drills that, through repeated practice, will turn you into an impenetrable spider guard.
In particular, the drill on how to develop a pocket grip is highly recommended as it can be put into practice immediately.

■ (3) Breakdown
You will learn three types of breaks: Shin-to-shin, matte stamp, and knee hook.
Breaking down is an essential technique for a successful attack, and determines the quality of the sweeps, submissions, and transitions in Vol. 2.
This is the part that we recommend you watch especially if you are having trouble with attacks from the Spider Guard.

■(4) Sweep
It consists of three types, including the Scissor Sweep, which is Spider Guard's signature sweep.
